This involves placing a hollow candle in the external auditory canal. A brown waxy substance, believed to be a mixture of ear wax, debris and bacteria is left in the candle stub. This can also help to reduce inflammation in the ears and sinuses, relieve the symptoms of hay fever, rebalance your body's natural flow and generally relax you when life is stressful.
